We’re breaking ground on Perry & Main in Port Jefferson!

CDLI and Conifer Realty recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Perry & Main, a new 53-home community that will transform two long-vacant buildings in Port Jefferson into affordable, workforce, and supportive housing.

The development will also include approximately 2,298 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and is located just one block from the Port Jefferson LIRR station, connecting residents with transit, jobs, healthcare, education, and the Village’s historic downtown.

Thank you to our partners and community leaders who helped make this milestone possible, including Brookhaven IDA LDC, Village of Port Jefferson, NY, Long Island Builders Institute, Empire State Development, New York State Homes & Community Renewal, ACDS, Port Jefferson Civic Association, and LeChase Construction.

Together, we’re creating more housing opportunities and putting underutilized properties back to work for our communities.

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) can offer benefits for both homeowners and their communities.

From maximizing existing space and creating an additional source of income to making more sustainable use of residential property, an ADU can open new possibilities right at home.
