FLCAN was founded in 1998 to give a voice to people who used the cannabis plant. The FL Cannabis Action Network was created to give voice to a rising number of people interested in changing cannabis laws. Today, FL CAN provides the infrastructure and information needed to promote sensible cannabis policies in Florida.

Check out our 2000 Planting Seeds Tour! Boot camps, Medical Ma*****na Awareness weeks in five cities, festivals in Tampa, St Pete, and Melbourne. After the Florida Journey for Justice, we were invited to Texas for a second Journey to Austin and the home of then Governor GW Bush prior to the 2000 election.

IF legalization is important to you, remember this... The current Governor (DeSantis), the US Senator (then AG Moody), and the Florida Attorney General (then the Governor's chief of staff) implemented a plan to skunk the 2024 ballot initiative by directing 10 million dollars into anti-Amendment 3 ads for the public's safety. Then the Governor (DeSantis) and Secretary of State (Byrd) disenfranchised over 200,000 voters by nullifying their petitions to put legalization on the 2026 ballot.

Think before you elect more of the same.
