Last call for Fall Softball! 🍁🥎

Registration closes August 8th!

Pre-K, K and 1st grade will have clinics on Sunday mornings. Our intention is to host these in Medway unless low registration dictates that we need to partner with a neighboring town.

We know... we KNOW. It's July. Nobody wants to hear the words "fall" and "registration" in the same sentence right now. We're still pretending summer lasts forever too.

However here's your friendly announcement to let you know Medway Youth Softball Fall Registration is OPEN!

Fall Division Information:

Senior Division (Roughly 12U) – Grades 6, 7 & 8 Games Sundays at 3 PM

Majors Division (10U) – Grades 4 & 5 | Games Sundays at 1 PM

Minors Division (8U) – Grades 2 & 3 | Games Saturdays at 4 PM

Pre-K, Kindergarten & 1st Grade – Clinics on Sunday mornings*

All teams will have one practice per week (scheduled based on coach availability).

*Our intention is to host Pre-K through 1st grade clinics in Medway unless low registration requires us to partner with a neighboring town.

An Ode to Fall Softball Registration 🥎

We know, we know...it's only summer,
Thinking about fall can be a total bummer.

The pool is warm, the grill is hot,
Softball schedules? We'd rather not!

"But what nights will practice be?" we hear you cry,
"Will dance and soccer make my schedule die?"

"Who will coach?" and "What time will we play?"
We wish we knew! (We're wondering too, okay?)

We'd tell you first if we had the scoop,
But scheduling is one giant hula hoop.

See, here's the thing the Board can't do—
Build teams and schedules without hearing from you!

So don't make us panic, don't make us plead,
We're running on coffee, spreadsheets, and sheer goodwill indeed.

Please don't wait until August 7th at 11:59,
That's when Board members start questioning all their life choices.

Register by August 8th—don't wait too late!

🥎 Friendship League is Back for Year 6! 🥎

Looking for a fun way to keep your softball player active this summer? Our Friendship League is open to girls currently in K-2 who are rising into grades 1-3.

✨ Coach-pitch scrimmages against Medfield, Ashland/Holliston, and Framingham
✨ Games on Thursdays in July
✨ Practices before and during the season

💙🥎 What a great day for Medway 8U Softball! 🥎💙

Our two Medway 8U teams faced off in a fun end-of-season matchup filled with smiles, great plays, and lots of cheering from family and friends.

Most importantly, the girls had a blast, celebrated all of their hard work this season, and were beyond excited to receive their medals and enjoy some well-earned ice cream afterward! 🍦🏅

We're so proud of each and every player for their enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and love of the game. The future of Medway Softball is bright! 💙
