Guru Ram Das Ashram is a community dedicated to the principals of Sikhism and to being an open door for spiritual seekers. and are open to the public.

Guru Ram Das Ashram and Gurdwara in Millis MA is the New England regional center for Sikh Dharma and Kundalini Yoga. We are a spiritual community whose foundation rests on service and the practice of yoga and meditation. We host daily classes, workshops, and retreats in yoga, meditation, healing, and humanology. In our yoga center each morning we hold yoga and meditation practice, "sadhana". In ou

r Gurdwara we practice kirtan and chanting as well as hold weekly Sikh worship services. The grounds of our Ashram are the classic New England landscape with native plants, gardens and fields. We are a spacious, peaceful, 20-acre home to guests and residential members. As individuals and a community we are committed to

Both Sangat Dhyan and Sat Tara Kaur have learned directly from Snatam and Prabhu Nam Kaur, and have a passion and intention to share the heart-centered love, and the wisdom of the Shabad, through the experience of learning and chanting together, in Sangat.
