🎸 Great festivals are built on great music, great people, and continuous improvement.

While the music may be what brings us together, the logistics behind the scenes play a huge role in creating a great experience for everyone.

After each festival, our team takes time to reflect on what went well and where we can do better. With a dedicated group of lead volunteers and committee members, we’re already looking ahead to 2027 and working through feedback and opportunities for improvement.

From ADA accessibility, to crowd flow and other logistical details, we’re taking the coming months to evaluate what we can improve and how we can continue creating a better experience for everyone who makes this festival possible.

We know an event like this impacts so many people, from attendees and performers to our vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and the local community. We recognize that everyone has their own needs and challenges, and finding solutions that work for everyone takes thoughtful planning and collaboration.

We hear your comments, suggestions, and concerns, and we appreciate you sharing them with us. There’s always room to grow, and we’re committed to learning from each year and building on what we’ve accomplished together.

We have so much to be proud of, and we’re excited to keep moving forward. Here's to making 2027 even better! 🎶

THANK YOU to everyone who supported our silent auction!!

We raised $10K more then we did last year and though we didn't hit our goal, we are grateful for all of you who purchased and to the businesses who donated, helping us build on what amazing things we're trying to do for McHenry!
