Who said practice couldn't be a little spooky?

Our 5th and 7th Grade Lady Cannons traded their basketball gear for Halloween costumes and brought plenty of personality to practice!

This is what Cannon Culture looks like. Competing together, laughing together, building friendships, and making memories along the way.

We take basketball seriously, but we also understand that these girls are building relationships and experiences that go well beyond the game. That's what we're here for.

A big thank you to Coach Tessa and Coach Dave for creating an environment where these girls can grow, have fun, and enjoy being part of something special.

Happy Halloween!!!

Players Over Profits. Culture Matters.

Congratulations to Coach Tessa and our 7th Grade Lady Cannons on bringing home this weekend’s tournament win!

This is what Cannon Culture is all about. A group of young ladies continuing to grow together, competing for each other, and representing this program the right way. Wins like this are special, but what makes this group fun to watch is seeing the players they are becoming and the culture they continue to build together.

Congratulations, ladies. Enjoy this one. You earned it.

Our Lady Cannons teams showed up and made some noise last weekend.

First, our 8th grade Lady Cannons team danced all the way to the championship game and came up short of adding another T-shirt to their wardrobe.

Our 5th grade team found their winning ways as well dancing all the way to the semi final round in only their second tournament together.

Proud of our Lady Cannon players and we look forward to seeing them on the court this weekend.

Congratulations to our 7th grade team who took home first place at the Halloween Holwer tournament this weekend!!!

Congratulations Coach Kev and Coach Jason!

Today, we’re sending some extra love to one of the OG Lady Cannons, Erin Fahy, as she heads into surgery this afternoon.

Erin is the kind of player every team is lucky to have. A multisport athlete, a great teammate, and someone who has been part of the Lady Cannons family from day one.

Erin, we’re all in your corner today and throughout your recovery. Take your time, focus on getting healthy, and know that your Lady Cannons family is right here behind you.

Wishing you a successful surgery and a smooth recovery. We can’t wait to see you back out there!

Huge shout out to our 4th grade Cannons team playing UP in the fifth grade division in this weekends Hoop Group New England Jam Fest.

The team went 2-0 yesterday as they wrap up pool play this morning.

Our 13u team went 1-1 in pool play yesterday playing some great competition, and will match up against BABC later today.

Our 9th grade had their first tournament this season, also finishing 1-1.

Congratulations to our 7th Grade Cannons on bringing home the tournament win this weekend.

This one means a little more because of what went into it.

Coach Jasmine, and this group has put in a tremendous amount of work in the gym, during the offseason and at practice, with a clear goal of getting better. They have stayed together, continued to push each other and have started to see that work translate into results.

This team is finding its rhythm, playing with confidence and, most importantly, continuing to grow together.

Congratulations to the players and coaches!

First W…and the smiles say it all!

The fifth grade Lady Cannons team picked up their first win of the season today, finishing yesterday 1-1 in their first tournament together.

There’s something special about watching a new group find its identity. These girls are talented, they compete, and they’re starting to figure out what they can be when they play for each other.

Yesterday was a good first step. We’re excited to see what this group builds from here.

Before the fall season got underway, we took a night to sit around the same table, share some food, laugh a little, and say thank you.

Our annual Coaches Appreciation Dinner has become one of our favorite nights of the year.

Not because of the dinner, because of the people sitting around the table.

Every year, that table gets a little bigger. More coaches. More teams. More families. More people willing to give their time, energy and experience to help young athletes grow.

We don't take that for granted.

Cannons Basketball was built on the idea that this has to be about more than basketball. It's about the people we surround our players with, the example we set, and the environment we create for them.

Looking around this table, we're incredibly grateful for the people helping carry that forward.

The future of this organization is in good hands.

To every Cannons coach, thank you for choosing to be part of this.

And to the families and players who trust us with their basketball journey, thank you for believing in what we're building.

Lets make this table bigger in 2027!
