If you're in the area, stop by our tent, and learn how you can get involved in the Ruck4HIT and support the important work of Heroes in Transition!

The festival runs through 6 pm, and features great food, live entertainment, and (our favorite), the Ducky Dash Race (rucks not included)!

Every summer, thousands of runners make their way to Cape Cod for one of the most iconic road races in the country.

On August 16, 2026, we'll once again take on the Falmouth Road Race, seven unforgettable miles along the Cape Cod coastline, all while raising critical funds for veterans, service members, and military families.
