Powwow Committee Still Seeking Bids for 104th Annual Powwow

Invitation for Bid- Dancer & Singer Feed
This year the max bidding price is $2,000. This does not include the cost of food. Please include a proposed menu with your bid. The purpose of this project is to prepare and serve a meal for the dancers, singers and volunteers (approximately 350 people ) on Friday, July 4th and Saturday July 5th from 4:00pm -6:00pm.

Invitation for Bid- Pow Wow Parking
This year the max bidding price is $4,000. The purpose of this project is to maintain and facilitate parking/parking lots during the 2025 Powwow.

Invitation for Bid- Transportation
Mashpee Wampanoag Powwow Committee will be accepting bid proposals for the above referenced project. Bids must be received by no later than 06/20/2025 at 4:00 PM. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender. This year the max bidding price is $1,000.

The purpose of this project is to provide transportation from the powwow ground to off site parking located at Quashnet School. The schedule will be on Friday, July 4th and Saturday July 5th from 10:30 -6:00pm. The powwow committee will provide 2 vans and gas.
