We are a Grassroots Harm Reduction Program on Cape Cod providing Syringe Access, Harm Reduction Supplies, Narcan, Smoking Supplies, Drug Checking, Supervised Overdose Prevention, Injection Education, Wound Care, HIV Testing, Supported MOUD Referrals, HIV Peer Support. PWUD helping PWUD Stay Alive
Access HOPE vigorously advocates for social justice and strives to address adverse outcomes among people who use drugs or engage in s*x work by providing the resources, tools, and support they need to enhance the quality of their lives and live with dignity. We seek to combat stigma and invite people who use drugs to participate meaningfully in society, instead of pushing us to the margin.
