We had a resident reach out to us that received an order to their home, that wasn't theirs. If you're missing an order, please comment here so they can reach out to you.

The past two weeks we have had over 10 animal related complaints. Please remember it is not only a HOA rule but a City ordinance, that all dogs must be leashed at all times. This is for the safety of your pet, your neighbors and yourself. We had a resident who reached out to animal control about an issue yesterday. Animal control requested she take pictures and notify them. She sent her pictures, and they are looking into her issue.

Also, please remember, dogs are not to be left outside unattended, even if your yard is fenced. Barking dogs create a nuisance and disturb the peace. Same if windows are open and your dog is continually barking. We just need to try harder to be good neighbors.

The HOA can assess fines If we observe issues ourselves or video, photo is provided. However, to have the issues corrected you need to contact animal control, and leave a message, or you can call the City PD's non emergency number.

We were also asked to add you may not have outdoor cats or cats roaming at large.

Just some quick parking reminders as we are getting a lot of complaints lately. Visitor parking is for short term parking, less than 24 hours, and not to be utilized daily. Daily parking, even if less than 24 hours, is considered long-term. No work vehicles are allowed to be stored/parked within the community, in visitor or assigned parking. Also, you may not park in anyone else's marked spaces, without their permission, even if the home appears empty.

Thank you for reading, hopefully this will help some new folks, who maybe just aren't aware, avoid being towed.

Please do not place your trash cans in common areas i.e. the grass near an end unit, sidewalk that is not in front of your home or any other common areas. This makes it appear that your can belongs to another home, and inadvertently cause that time to get a fine, when you don't remove your can.

There is one out now. If it is not removed by trash pick up tomorrow, we will have maintenance come Tuesday and take it to the dump.

We have switched towing companies. We are now utilizing Rineholtz towing. You may reach them at 304-262-5350 should any issues arise. We have ordered new signs but it will take a few weeks for them to come in.

Good morning. There is a sled down in the lower common area and some toys in the common area by the mailboxes. They have been there for sometime. If these belong to you please remove them right away, otherwise maintenance will be picking them up for trash in the next day or so. Nothing is to be stored in the common areas.

We know it's cold and no one wants to be out but please remember to clear your sidewalks. Maintenance will be out to clear any that haven't been and you will be billed their fee if they have to do it for you.

01/07/2024

Please remember all sidewalks need to be cleared. If maintenance has to clear it for you, the fee will be added to your bill.
