Due to the continuing spikes and rising numbers in positive COVID-19 cases here in Berkeley County, our Administrative Offices will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC, with staff temporarily working remote beginning, today, Thursday, December 3rd.
HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE WITH A QUESTION /CONCERN I HAVE? If you need to reach a staff person Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm), please call our office at 304-264-4842 and select ‘0’. If you need to reach a Flip Over Gymnastics staff member, select extension ‘22’ and leave a voicemail. Any messages will be checked often and returned promptly during business hours. If you prefer, you can reach out via email ([email protected]) or using Facebook Messenger through our M-BC Parks & Recreation page.
HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR AN UPCOMING PROGRAM SINCE THE OFFICE IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC? (UPDATE): We have been informed by state and local officials that the postponement of winter sports until March 1st also applies to our recreational leagues. Therefore, we will not be able to hold our winter basketball or winter futsal leagues. We will continue to accept registrations for upcoming leagues/programs for the spring. We are waiting for approval on camps, clinics and adult classes that can be held in the meantime. Please keep watch here, on our website or your email for updates as we get them. Registrations can be done online 24/7 during open registration periods. Payments can be made by credit/debit cards or by echeck (both do have a minimal merchant fee that will apply). Or, you can bring your registration in an envelope to leave in our locked drop box located outside of our office door. The envelope needs to contain the completed and signed registration form(s), payment (check or money order; no cash please) and a copy of your child’s birth certificate if they have not played in one of our leagues before. Those registrations will be collected daily and you will receive a confirmation email receipt once it has been put into our system). Please note that if we are unable to provide a program or activity that you have registered for, under those circumstances, we do provide a refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PROGRAMS & CLASSES: (UPDATE) Berkeley County is in RED and this means that all programs, classes and activities are on hold. Some are being done virtually, and in this case, the instructor is in contact with participants regarding any updates or information. Our normal course of action at this time under the color-coded map is that if Berkeley County is ORANGE on a Saturday at 5pm, our dance, gymnastics and Silver Sneakers classes CAN take place as scheduled. If Berkeley County falls into RED on the map on any given day, all classes and activities CANNOT take place. This is even if we were in orange on that week’s Saturday map. You may receive notification from the instructor, but this is the best way for you to know how to plan your attendance.
