Mountain View Foundation

The #1 question we get?

What does Foundation do?

We support Mountain View through three main pillars: teacher development, student enrichment programs, and culture and campus improvements!

What does that mean? More details to come! 👀

BUT. The main thing to know is that all of this can be accomplished through our upcoming Den Dash fundraiser later this fall! The funds go back to into our community and everyone benefits!

Dear Mountain View Parents,

As we begin a new school year, the Mountain View Foundation is asking for a few minutes of your time to complete our community survey. Your feedback is incredibly important as we plan our priorities and investments for the year ahead.

Each year, the Foundation invests more than $80,000 back into our school community, supporting students, teachers, programs, and campus improvements. To ensure we are meeting the needs of our families and making the greatest impact possible, we need to hear from you!

Please take a moment to click the survey link below and share your thoughts:

The survey will close on September 10, so we encourage you to complete it as soon as possible.

Thank you for partnering with us to make Mountain View an exceptional place for our students, teachers, and families. Your voice matters, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

Thank you,
Your Mountain View Foundation Board

Happy First Week of Fun Clubs to all who celebrate!

We are so excited for our students to start their clubs this week! For everyone who is picking up their student —save this graphic! It shows you exactly where to go to meet your child for pick up. As a reminder, please have your license ready to ensure a smooth dismissal process!

It’s that time of year again! Fun Clubs are starting next week! Please make sure you update your student’s dismissal in Go Safe; that way they know where to go at 2:10 PM! Be sure to have your ID ready when you pick them up, and remind them which activities they get to do!

So excited for our students to get some extra enrichment after hours!

IXL is a program with so many amazing features to help guide at home learning! Through the help of PTA & Foundation, Mountain View Elementary is able to have this program as an incredible resource for the students!

Has your student started the IXL Challenge yet?!

03/09/2026

We are SO excited for Mountain View Elementary’s newest challenge for our students and their Dens!

IXL is an educational program that we have helped fund through our Den Dash! It helps create personalized instruction for our students, so that they have intentional practice at home!

Our K-2 students and 3-5 students were given different trackers for our families to use at home!

The more practice they do, the more points they win for their dens!

Let’s go Mountain Lions! 🦁
