Great turnout at our latest MOV SHRM meeting!

We had an engaging and insightful session on Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources, where we explored how AI is transforming HR—from recruiting and onboarding to analytics and employee experience.

Yesterday’s MOV-SHRM meeting was both informative and impactful.

We had the opportunity to learn more about the history and evolving programs at Washington County Career Center, and how they continue to partner with local employers to strengthen our workforce.

Sheriff Mark Warden delivered a compelling presentation on workplace violence and situational awareness, challenging each of us to think critically about how we would respond in real-life scenarios. The discussion sparked great questions and provided valuable insight, including opportunities for on-site training through the Sheriff’s department.
