Why We Fundraise:
-92 total travel grants and 10 total relocation grants given since August 2023
-40 families helped so far!
-15 travel grants and 2 relocation grants in 2026.
-Expanded to East and West Texas.
-Cover 40% of the population of Texas
-Added 18-year-olds to our services.
-Increased Relocation Grants to $5,000.
-Paying a part-time Executive Director.
-Looking to expand to more of Texas when we have the capacity.

Why does this matter?
Changes to Texas law and recent federal policy have made it harder for trans youth and families to access gender-affirming care close to home. For many, that means traveling out of state, which means gas, flights, hotels, and time off work families often can't afford.
NTTN covers that gap. Since 2023, we've provided over $100,000 in travel and relocation support.

$84/month funds one complete travel grant for a family every single year.
Since August 2023, NTTN has given 92 travel grants and 10 relocation grants to help trans and gender-expansive youth reach safe, legal healthcare. We only have 1 part-time employee, so nearly every dollar goes straight to families.

Season 3 is almost here!

Campaign sign-ups will be happening online this season. Next week, we'll release a Google Form featuring all 16 campaigns and their Dungeon Masters. You'll select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices, and we'll do our best to place you in the adventure that's right for you.

Session Zero is still our big kickoff party! Meet your DM and fellow adventurers, create characters, enjoy food and giveaways, hear important announcements, and get ready for an amazing season. Returning players will reconnect with their campaigns, and we'll have two youth tables for young adventurers joining us with their hero parents.

No one-shots at Session Zero. Those return in August!
