Hansel 💕🐾
From Hansel's foster:

"A 1 year old terrier mix boy looking for his forever home. Hansel has spent his first year of life living mostly outside, but you could have fooled me. He's doing great after only 2 days at my house. Not one accident in the house and learning to use the dog door. He's as sweet as can be and loves people. He has transitioned very well into my busy house with other dogs, cats, and kids. I would say another dog friend is a must for him. Helps with his confidence and learning routines."

✅️ current on vaccines
✅️ heartworm negative
✅️ neuter surgery pending
✅️ cat, dog and kid friendly
✅️ rocking potty training
✅️ sleeping quietly through the night in crate

Don't wait! He will get scooped up quick.

💔 It certainly hasn't been from a lack of trying.

Berry, Fig, and Raspberry have been posted over and over again. We've shared their photos, videos, personalities, and everything that makes them such wonderful dogs.

They've also attended nearly every adoption event with us over the past few months, meeting people and putting their best paws forward.

And yet… ZERO interest. Not one serious inquiry.

These three have done everything we've asked of them. They've grown up in our care, learned new things, and continued waiting for someone to choose them.

They're smart, loving, playful, and ready for homes of their own.

We know we can't make someone adopt a dog. But we CAN keep putting them in front of new people until the right families finally see them.

Berry. Fig. Raspberry. Three incredible dogs. Three homes still needed. ❤️

If you can't adopt, please share. You never know who might see your post and fall in love.

🚨 𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐄! 🚨” 😹

Does your cat need a best friend? A partner in crime? Someone to blame when things mysteriously fall off the counter?

😹 Banjo is your guy!! 🎸🐱

This handsome 6-month-old guy is ready to steal your heart (and probably your hair ties). I've had him since he was a tiny bottle baby, and let me tell you, he has grown into the sweetest, goofiest, most playful little dude!

❤️ Banjo's Resume of Awesomeness:
🐱 Loves other cats and kittens — furry friendships are his specialty!
👩‍❤️‍👨 Loves his humans — snuggles and companionship included!
🎾 Plays FETCH! Yes, you read that right. He's basically a tiny dog in a cat suit. 😂
🚽 Has excellent litter box manners — because nobody likes a messy roommate!
💉 Fully vetted, vaccinated, microchipped, AND neutered. He's checked all the boxes!

🎉 𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐒: 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐨'𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞! 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 — 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 $𝟎 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞 with approved application of course ❤️

☀️🐾 BEFORE MOST PEOPLE FINISH THEIR MORNING COFFEE… WE'RE ALREADY HARD AT WORK!

The dogs don't know what day it is, and they certainly don't believe in sleeping in! 😂

From morning walks and breakfast to cleaning kennels, fresh water, playtime, and LOTS of tail wags, our mornings at Second Chance Dog Rescue are anything but slow!

It's a lot of work, a little chaos, and a whole lot of love. ❤️

🎥 Come start the day with us! We're giving you a little behind-the-scenes look at what our mornings really look like.

And if you've ever wondered what volunteering at the rescue is like, this is just a glimpse! We could always use a few more helping hands.
