May was Mental Health Awareness Month, and I made a decision that felt necessary.

As I prepared for 2026 I said no to anything that required me to serve, pour, or constantly be on for the month of May.

Instead I chose rest. I celebrated milestones with friends and family, created memories, protected my peace, and spent time doing things I can never get back.

And honestly it was one of the best gifts I could have given myself. What an amazing month. Now it’s time to welcome June and everything that’s ahead.

The older I get the more I realize that some of my best moments don’t come when I’m working they come when I step away.

A staycation or quick getaway can do wonders for your mindset. A change of scenery, uninterrupted quiet time, and space to think can help you reset mentally, emotionally, and creatively.

So if you this is your sign to book the hotel, enjoy the rooftop, order the dessert, sleep in, and give yourself permission to recharge.

The emails and to do list will still be there tomorrow. Your peace deserves a reservation too. And you should definitely check out the Omni Dallas Hotel.

One thing about me I’m always going to show up and support other communities.

There is something so powerful about walking into rooms that feel like celebration instead of competition.

No weird energy. No silent comparisons. Just women genuinely connecting, supporting, and pouring into each other.

Community over competition is really a thing when you are secure intentional, and understand that another person’s success does not take away from yours.

We need more spaces where people clap for each other loudly, collaborate freely, and show up with love.

That’s the energy I will choose every single time. Shoutout to Beauty Boost Dallas.

If you are still grabbing random wine off the shelf for summer events we need to talk.

This summer is for cleaner choices, better taste, and wine delivered straight to your door.

Perfect for sipping by the pool, celebratory events , brunches, cookouts, and hosting without the stress.

Comment WINE and let me put you on.

Loving yourself changes everything. You begin to recognize your worth, stop settling for less, and finally walk in the purpose meant for you.

I don’t have time to put anyone else down because we don’t know her story. That confidence, peace, glow, and swag she carries may have taken years of healing, growth, disappointment, sacrifice, and rebuilding to get there.

So instead of tearing women down, we are clapping for them. We are cheering them on. We are complimenting them and we are celebrating them.

Because we are in the era of rooting for each other instead of competing with each other.

A secure woman can recognize another woman’s greatness without feeling threatened by it.

Meet the Founder of the Hey Sis Community

For all the new faces and my current ladies, welcome! I’m Natalie Clark mentor, speaker, author, event curator, and community connector. Almost 5 years ago, I started my foundation to create programs for youth, community, and experiences that bring women together and remind us that real sisterhood does exist.

As we grow, our circle should grow too. We should attract genuine people, not force ourselves into spaces just to feel included. That’s why I create experiences for women to meet new people, have fun, build connections, and find their tribe.

Like many women I have had negative experiences too, but I still believe there are genuine women out here who truly feel like sisters. We all need people we can laugh, pray, cry, celebrate, travel, and do life with.

If we have ever met I hope you felt my energy because one thing about me I will always be authentically me.

Business owners, we have opportunities to promote your business, products, and events within my private groups. And if you are looking for mentorship feel free to DM me.

Summer is here and we have some fun events loading! We have events in DFW, Austin, Shreveport, Tyler, Houston, and would for you to join us. If interested comment sis or send a DM.

I took this month to step away, reset, and prioritize myself mentally and physically. Sometimes the best thing you can do is pause, protect your peace, and pour back into yourself.

The color green symbolizes strength, hope, and resilience and that is exactly the energy I wanted to create when I planned this private meetup!

We have to be My Sister’s Keeper. You don’t always need another brunch or night out. Sometimes you just need someone to check in on you, listen without judgment, hug you, encourage you, and remind you that you are not carrying life alone.

And one thing I have learned if it costs you your peace, mentally or emotionally, it is simply not worth it.
