⚖️ Moot Court from the Other Side of the Bench! Our attorneys Adam Justinger, Kylee Krank, and Sapir Sela had the opportunity to volunteer as judges for the UND School of Law's Internal Moot Court Competition, held in the Vandewalle Courtroom.
For those unfamiliar, moot court gives law students the opportunity to practice their appellate advocacy skills by presenting legal arguments before a panel of judges, much like they would in a real courtroom. Students must think on their feet, respond to challenging questions, and advocate for their positions, all while putting their legal research and writing skills to the test.
Our attorneys enjoyed being on the other side of the bench, asking questions, evaluating arguments, and helping students gain valuable courtroom experience.
