Alliance Rifle Club Alliance Rifle Club (known as Malvern Range) is an NRA Highpower competitive club, hosting the Ohio-Penn League, with a 200, 300, 600 & 1000 yard ranges.

Incorporated in 1936, the Alliance Rifle Club (ARC) is proud to have a history of competitive shooting activities centered on NRA Highpower Rifle Competition. Many ARC members compete in local (club & league events), state, national, and international competitions. ally, and functionally structured to support NRA highpower competitive shooting. Our facility is located in Brown Township, Carroll County, Ohio on State Route 43 approximately 1/2 mile west of Malvern. The club offers two multi use ranges for position shooting from 200 through 1,000 yards with a below grade pits and target hoist systems. ARC hosts NRA Highpower league matches. Presently, ARC is the home range of the Ohio-Penn Rifle League, Inc. The league fires NMC, PALMA, Mid-Range, Long Range and F-Class courses of fire from mid-March to mid-November. 2011 marked the start of league use of the 1,000 yard range. As we believe recreational marksmanship is a family oriented activity, it is our intention to support this aspect of our sport. ARC offers a family membership plan. Specifically, this allows an entire family access to our complex. Once an adult family member completes the application, listing spouse and legal dependents (W2 claimants and 20 years of age or younger), there is a one time initiation fee of $60.00. Annual dues per family are $150.00. When dependents reach twenty-one (21) years of age, they become adult members and will pay the annual membership fee of $150.00 (initiation fee is waived).

It's always a good day when you can witness someone shooting the match where they leg out! We had that privilege today, as we witnessed Lena Griggs, shoot her way to earning 8 leg points today, and enough to earn her Distinguished Rifleman Badge. And she did it with an exclamation point with a score of 490-18X! Congrats!

Congrats to Joe and Gabby, after running a successful two day Buckeye Blossom (some of it in pretty significant rain), they shot the two man team together where they set a new CMP Two Man Team National Record (30 shot course) with a score of 593-22X! We could not be happier for them!
