Putnam Arts Council

Putnam Arts Council PAC offers classes, workshops, and exhibitions at our home the Belle Levine Art Center. Public support is also provided by Putnam County Government.

We manage 2 grant programs, offer scholarships, host art parties and more! PAC’s programs and services are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and NY State Legislature. Additional revenue is generated by the Putnam Arts Council through membership, educational and creative programs, fundraising efforts and through donations. Also visit our PAC potters Facebook group:
