Mahopac Cub Scout Pack 371

10/25/2026

We did ALL the things this weekend! 🏕️Archery, hiking, geocaching, foil cooking, a flag retirement ceremony, campfires, and s’mores!

I think it’s safe to say we all made some great progress toward our Scouting adventures and advancements!

A big thanks to our troop for all the help and support this weekend and all the parents who pitched in to make this weekend a success. 👏🏼

🏕️ Our Pack Meeting was PACKED with fun tonight! 🐻⚜️

Our Dens came together to create their own Den Codes of Conduct, working as teams to establish the values and rules that will guide them throughout the Scouting year!

Then it was time to get ready for our upcoming camping trip!

Our Scouts worked on their Let’s Camp Adventure by teaming up with a buddy for a scavenger hunt to find the Six Camping Essentials, putting the Buddy System into action, and learning how to pitch a tent! ⛺

After tonight, I’d say our Scouts are just about ready for our camping trip, where they’ll put their new skills to the test and work toward completing their Let’s Camp Adventure!

❓TRIVIA TIME! Can you name all SIX Camping Essentials? Drop your answers in the comments! 👇
