📘 YEARBOOK UPDATE 📘
We wanted to provide a quick update regarding this year’s yearbooks. When we received the shipment late last week, we discovered that nearly half the books had printing defects and could not be distributed. Since identifying the issue, PTO has been working closely with school administration and the yearbook company to find solutions and distribute as many yearbooks as possible.
Unfortunately, the reprinted books we requested won't arrive in time. Consequently, not all grade levels received their pre-ordered yearbooks this week.
As soon as the reprinted yearbooks arrive, PTO volunteers will hand deliver the books to students who ordered them.
In the meantime, we distributed autograph pages to all classrooms this week so students could still collect signatures and messages from teachers and classmates before the end of the school year.
This also means that we will not have any additional yearbooks available for sale tomorrow. However, we anticipate receiving a small number of extra copies with the reprint order and those will be available for purchase at Meet the Teacher at the start of the next school year.
We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation and are continuing to work with the yearbook company to correct the issues and to ensure this does not happen again.
