Magnolia West FFA exhibitors and families!
Planning to enter the Montgomery County Fair? Livestock, non-livestock, and other youth entries have different forms and deadlines. Review the requirements for YOUR division!
🐂🐖🐑🐐 LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS:
Quality Counts is a MUST-HAVE and NON-NEGOTIABLE! **A verified Quality Counts number is required to enter a major livestock show.**
Have your number ready BEFORE major stock show entry night in October and before your applicable county livestock tag-in, including December tag-in for sheep and goats.
📣 Mr. Hutch will share information about a major show entry signup night happening this month, so completing Quality Counts and having your verified number ready is SUPER IMPORTANT!

Save your verified number and completion proof. Turn it in, email it, or have it on hand before your deadline! Your survey access code is NOT your verified Quality Counts number.

📅 Tag-in, validation, ordering, or intent-to-show paperwork does NOT replace your official fair entry! Check your division’s rules for every required step.
Quality Counts is required for livestock entries. Non-livestock entries must meet their own division requirements.
Questions about entries, paperwork, signatures, or deadlines? Contact your Magnolia West ag teacher. Livestock exhibitors should especially contact the teacher who oversees the species they show!
