Texas Mushroom Festival

Texas Mushroom Festival An annual festival in Madisonville, Texas.

Each year, the citizens of Madisonville come together in an effort to positively promote their community and show their pride through the Texas Mushroom Festival. More than 300 volunteers work hard in putting on the festival, offering entertainment, vendors with a plethora of items to sell and of course, the ever popular cooking demonstrations and wine tasting event for visitors and hometown folks alike to enjoy.

🚨 Friendly Reminder — Vendor Applications Are OPEN! 🍄🎉

Have you applied yet?! We’re already seeing applications roll in for the 25th Annual Texas Mushroom Festival, and we don’t want you to miss your chance to be part of the fun! ✨

We’ve officially moved everything over to our brand new platform, Eventeny, making the process quicker and smoother than ever. 🙌 The application takes 10 minutes or less, so it’s super easy to get your name in the mix!

👉 Apply here: https://txmushfest.org/vendors/

Be sure to select the correct application:
🍄 Mushroom Vendors
🛍 General Vendors
🍔 Food Vendors

⚠️ Local Vendors — this is your nudge!
If you’re local, we highly encourage you to get your application submitted ASAP so we can prioritize you as space allows. While being local does not guarantee a spot, it does help us during the placement process!

⚠️ Also — quick reminder:
If you filled out an application during the festival last year, you’ll still need to reapply through Eventeny since everything is now officially housed there.

We’re working hard to make this year bigger and better than ever, and we’d LOVE your help spreading the word! Tag your favorite vendors, share this post, and help us build an incredible lineup. 💛

Let’s make this 25th year one to remember! 🍄🎉

🚨 Vendor Applications Are LIVE! 🚨

We are so excited to officially launch our brand new event platform, Eventeny, for the Texas Mushroom Festival! 🎉 This new system will make applying, communicating, and organizing vendors smoother than ever as we gear up to celebrate our 25th Annual Festival! 🍄✨

Applying is quick and easy — the application takes 10 minutes or less to complete. Simply go to our Vendor page on our website and click the button that fits you best! https://txmushfest.org/vendors/

We now have three separate applications, so please be sure to read the guidelines carefully and apply to the correct category:
🍄 Mushroom Vendors
🛍 General Vendors
🍔 Food Vendors

⚠️ Important Reminder:
If you filled out an application during the festival day-of, you will still need to reapply through Eventeny. As we mentioned that day, we were in the process of transitioning to this new system and now everything is officially housed there!

Our goal this year is to grow the festival bigger and better than ever, and this new platform is a big step in helping us do just that. We would love your help spreading the word — please share this post and the application link with anyone who may be interested in being part of the celebration!

If you have any questions at all, we are always happy to help. Just reach out to us via email anytime.

Let’s make this 25th Annual Texas Mushroom Festival the biggest celebration yet! 🍄🎉

The stuff you don’t always get to see 🤍

The week-before prep. The hard decisions you really don’t want to make. Walking the 5k 3 times to map it out and put the markers in. The early morning equipment drop-offs. The physical work days. The babies in tow. Our kids jumping in to help on festival day. The next-day cleanup when everyone else is resting. The pulling things out of an extremely unorganized and over cluttered storage unit and reorganizing it in pieces.

The festival isn’t just one day for us — it is year-round. It’s family dinners turned planning meetings. It’s community members showing up again and again. It’s doing the work together, side by side.

This festival is built on more than tents and stages… it’s built on families, friendships, and a whole lot of love for our community. And that’s the best part of all.

So I encourage you to hug your local volunteer. No matter the organization. They do a lot and the world is so thankful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Happy Sunday🫶🏻
