🍂 Hey Huntsville & Community! 🍂
Huntsville PTO is looking for hay bale donations for our upcoming Fall Festival on October 10, 2026, from 11 AM–3 PM! 🎃

We understand this year’s drought has made hay production especially challenging, so we want to be mindful of our local farmers and families. If you have hay that is safe to return to your animals and are willing to let us borrow it for the event, we will gladly return it afterward!

The hay bales will be used for a one trailer hayride and a few decorations. Exact number of bales will be determined soon, estimated 30 bales needed. No paint, chemicals, or other liquids will be used on the bales.

If you’re able to donate hay and can deliver it, we would greatly appreciate it! We can also arrange pickup and return if needed.

Every donation helps make our Fall Festival special for our students and families. Thank you so much for supporting Huntsville PTO and our community! ❤️🍁

Hello Huntsville Elementary Families! 🐾

TONIGHT at 6:00 PM, join us for our Beginning-of-the-Year PTO Meeting in the Media Center!

If you’ve ever wanted to get involved in your child’s school experience, tonight is the perfect opportunity to learn how. Can’t make it tonight? No worries! Stop by our table during Open House on Thursday, August 20th (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM) to get connected.

Introducing the One-Hour Pledge! ⏱️

We’re asking parents to dedicate just ONE HOUR of volunteer time for the entire school year. That’s it! Whether you can give one hour or ten, every bit of support makes a huge impact for our students and staff.

Being part of the PTO isn't just about fundraising—it’s about building a strong community. We need creative ideas, volunteer hands, sponsorship leads, craft helpers, and so much more.

Together, we can make this the best school year yet! We hope to see you tonight! 💙

It’s officially Fall….at least for those of us who love it, and I know I do!! With that being said it’s time to plan Huntsville Elementary’s 2026 Fall Festival 🐾🍂🎃

Come out to Huntsville for the final book giveaway event on Tuesday, August 4th from 4-5:30. Students can get a new book, swap some old books, and play tennis with Coach Shelby. The Sipping Trough will be on campus serving up delicious beverages!
