Today, most of us know someone or love someone who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Its impact extends far beyond the individuals diagnosed, reaching into the hearts and homes of loved ones.

Walk to End Alzheimers, from our very own Donna Ewers at Graceful Transitions, is doing a Dine & Donate event on Wednesday, June 10th at Cuckoos Nest in Old Saybrook from 12pm-9pm.

Our member presentation on 04/28/2026, will be given by Dr. Spencer Gunn from Back to Balance Chiropractic, our Chiropractor in the group!

Dr. Spencer is trained through the Trigenics Institute of Functional Neurology, which he uses in his Knee Rehabilitation work, and ART – Active Release Technique for the spine. He earned his Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation in April 2021. His next goal is to obtain certification as a CCSP – certified chiropractic sports physician!
