This fee includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, microchip and 1 month of heartworm prevention. 🚨 UPDATE: LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER HER GLOWING PERFORMANCE REVIEW, I HAVE UNCOVERED DISTURBING EVIDENCE ABOUT HOPE. 🚨

Tank here. Interim Social Media Director. Now apparently Head of Security.

Remember Hope? The sweet, quiet, 7-year-old employee I JUST gave a glowing performance review?

WELL, THE LITTLE HEIFER HAS GONE ROGUE.

While reviewing her personnel file, I discovered photographic evidence from a previous Subaru adoption event.

Apparently, Hope decided she'd had enough of this establishment.

She found a car.

She got behind the wheel.

SHE WAS PREPARING TO LEAVE WITHOUT SUBMITTING HER TWO WEEKS' NOTICE.

For legal reasons, I should clarify that the vehicle was stationary and Hope does not possess a valid driver's license (that I'm aware of anyway 😬)

Honestly, I can't blame her.

She's been waiting far too long for a family of her own, and apparently she's tired of waiting for someone to come get her.

❤️ Hope is sweet, gentle, and SO deserving of a home.

🚨 I HAVE REVIEWED THE PERSONNEL FILES. WE HAVE A PROBLEM. 🚨

Tank here. Interim Social Media Director. Still wildly underpaid.

Management has informed me that I'm supposed to be finding homes for OTHER dogs instead of using this platform to advance my own career.

Whatever.

Today's employee spotlight is HOPE. 🐾

Hope is 7 years old. She's quiet, gentle, sweet, and frankly, more emotionally stable than our entire management team.

HER PERFORMANCE REVIEW:

✅ Excellent personality.
✅ Low drama.
✅ Zero complaints filed with HR.
✅ Would make an outstanding couch supervisor.

Here's the part I don't understand.

Hope was saved from euthanasia earlier this year, and she's STILL waiting for someone to choose her.

EXCUSE ME?! HOW IS THIS EMPLOYEE STILL ON THE MARKET?!

Look, I may be grossly unqualified for this position, but even I know this girl deserves a home.

Please share Hope. Better yet, adopt her.

SHE DESERVES A RETIREMENT PACKAGE THAT INCLUDES A COUCH, SNACKS, AND A HUMAN WHO ADORES HER. ❤️

🚨 EMERGENCY BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Our main hilarious content creator is on vacation.

So in a moment of weakness, poor judgment, and what will almost certainly become a legal issue, the rescue has appointed TANK as our temporary social media manager.

This is Tank.

His qualifications include:
🐾 Zero marketing experience.
🐾 No understanding of boundaries.
🐾 One functioning brain cell.
🐾 Absolutely no business being in charge of anything.

He got the job because he yelled the loudest during interviews.

His current responsibilities include posting nonsense, demanding snacks, escalating situations unnecessarily, and reminding everyone that he's STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION.

Honestly, he's adapted to upper management disturbingly fast.

Our regular funny volunteer is enjoying a well-deserved vacation while the rest of us deal with this absolute dumpster fire.

PLEASE ADOPT TANK BEFORE HE STARTS MAKING STAFFING DECISIONS.

THE DOGS: We would like to request new management. 🫠

Apparently this is what happens when rescue volunteers have access to Amazon and absolutely no adult supervision.

And unfortunately for Hannah's puppies, THREE OF THEM ARE STILL AVAILABLE TO BE SUBJECTED TO OUR NONSENSE. 💅

🐾 2 females, 1 male
🐾 11 weeks old
🐾 Mama weighs around 35 lbs
🐾 Daddy? Unknown. Apparently he left no forwarding address.
🐾 Temperament? SWEETER THAN YOUR GRANDMA'S TEA.

We cannot promise they'll stay mama's size because, again, THE FATHER HAS REFUSED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS INVESTIGATION.

What we CAN promise is that these babies are ridiculously sweet, absolutely adorable, and ready to find families who will love them forever.

PLEASE ADOPT ONE BEFORE WE START PUTTING THEM IN MORE WIGS.

We clearly cannot be trusted with this much free time. 😭

❤️ MEET LOULOU & BUSTER — TWO SWEET PUPS LOOKING FOR FOREVER HOMES!

These two precious pups were dumped on someone's property, but thankfully, they landed in the hands of someone with a big heart!

Instead of turning them away, she took them in, gave them a safe place to stay, and has been working to help them become wonderful family companions.

💕 LouLou loves everyone and everything! She's a happy, affectionate girl with so much love to give.

🐾 Buster is gentle, playful, and loves to snuggle! He's a sweetheart who would make a wonderful companion.

Their caretaker would love to keep them, but she already has a full house. Now she's hoping to find loving, committed homes where they'll never have to worry about being abandoned again.

📍 Located in Bowdon, GA 🚗 Willing to travel for an approved adopter!

🐾 TWO ADOPTIONS AND A WHOLE LOT OF GRATITUDE! ❤️🚗

A HUGE thank you to Subaru of Macon for hosting us for the Subaru Loves Pets Adoption Event! 🐶

We celebrated ONE puppy adoption at the event and another adoption of an adult dog after returning to the rescue! 🎉 That's two lucky dogs who found their happily ever after!

One of the sweetest parts of the day was seeing so many familiar faces! Several of our previous adopters stopped by to visit, show their support, and remind us why we do what we do. ❤️ There's truly nothing better than seeing the families who have given our animals the loving homes they deserve.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped by, shared our event, or cheered us on. And a special thank you to our wonderful volunteers who gave their time to make the day possible! We couldn't do what we do without you. ❤️

👻 CASPER THE FRIENDLY GHOST HAS NOTHING ON PERMILLA! 👻

Except Casper was looking for friends, and Permilla is looking for a whole dang house. 😂

Our sweet little ghost is currently enjoying a few days with her BFF, wrapped in blankets, smiling like she just inherited the family fortune.

Unfortunately, her vacation has an expiration date, and she’d REALLY prefer not to return to the rescue. 🥹

Permilla is 4-4.5 years old, an American Bulldog mix, and would love to be your one and only four-legged bestie. ❤️

She’s got the Casper look, the sweetest smile, and absolutely NO intention of haunting your house. Just your couch. 👻
