7-11-26. Another fabulous day at the Heritage LIGHTHOUSE resource center clothing closet. It is such a blessing to be a blessing to so many people Diane and her team have the most organized, beautiful closet in Macon. When you come to the closet, it’s more than just clothes more than shoes more than the meal pantry. It is love. Her team loves to help people find what they need and so many are happy when they leave because they have so much more than they came for. You might come for a pair of pants or a shirt and leave with an outfit a piece of artwork and bag of food. Praise God we were able to serve over 60 people today. Got a little time you can fold some clothes you can sort some hangers you can say a prayer. Call for more info 478-284-8463.

6-16-26. Harvest church from Warner Robins paid us a visit. 16 folks showed up with lots of food. They helped Package it up and get it prepared to give away on our next Saturday that we’re open. Which will be the fourth Saturday in June. This last Saturday we had over 50 folks come through. They all got clothes, shoes, and a meal. Diane and I are thrilled beyond measure at God’s pouring out in this ministry. We have an opportunity to see so many people blessed with just the basics. This closet is top-notch. It is well organized and well blessed with clothes. It never ceases to amaze me that as much as goes out comes in. If you’ve got clothes, pants belt, shoes anything that you would like to donate to us so that we might give it out please reach out and let us know how we can receive it. Everything in this closet is given away for free. Please feel free to call me. 478-284-8463

10-9-26. Lots of fun in the closet. Lots of blessings in the closet lots of love in the closet. First game Ingleside Baptist Church. About 15 folks showed up, they folded clothes, hung up clothes, separated clothes, matched shoes brought in canned goods worked in the cupboard and did it with the biggest happy smiles on their faces. What a blessing we could actually see the floor in our receiving area for the first time in many months. Then I got a call. It was Forest Hill Methodist Church. They told me they had a clothing drive at their church for the last month and they wanted to bring the trailer over with clothes. Of course I kind of freaked out and I called him. I said what kind of trailer are you talking about? He said he had a 12 foot trailer about knee deep. Well all that space got filled up again. It’s just like God to empty you out and then to fill you up. Last Saturday the ladies came and we watched a small retail store walk out the door. Does our heart good. So thank you Ingleside thank you Forest Hills thank you Heritage. See you on the 23rd.
Love, God, love people.
