Introducing - Power women is a leader whose journey has been shaped by purpose and heart. Becoming a mom didn’t just change her life, it sharpened her vision. She has always felt drawn to the world of children to their wonder, honesty, and imagination and motherhood only deepened that calling.

This calling led her to step away from the corporate world and create , a warm space built on kindness, empathy, and real connection. Through yoga, mindfulness, and storytelling, she brings children and parents together in ways that feel grounding and real.

Her work continues through The Conscious Children Project podcast, where she brings children, parents, and experts together for honest conversations without pressure or perfection. A place to learn, grow, and breathe.

At the heart of it all is a simple, powerful vision: to help shape a kinder, more connected generation one child, one story, one mindful breath at a time.
