- Reasons to Bring the Whole Family on June 27th
We know what you're thinking — "I'm not really a runner." That's okay. Because the Good Hope 5K is so much more than a race. Here's why your whole crew needs to be at Nahant Beach on June 27th:

1. Kids Dash — Free for Kids Under 10
Let the little ones have their moment. Every child under 10 runs for free with a paid adult registration. Watch them cross that finish line and try not to cry. We dare you.

2. Face Painting
Because what's a summer Saturday without a little face paint? Kids (and honestly, adults too) can get their look on before or after the race.

3. Popcorn & Cotton Candy
Yes, really. Sweet treats are waiting for you at the festival. Because you earned it... or you're about to.

4. Free Lunch
We saved the best for last. Every registered participant gets a free lunch, and word on the street is there will be burgers. You're welcome.

Come for the cause. Stay for everything else.

Ten years ago, a small group of runners in the North Shore of MA decided to do something about the water crisis in Africa. They ran. They raised money. And they built a well.

Then they did it again. And again. And again.

Nine races. Eleven wells. Six countries. Communities in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Morocco, Zimbabwe, and Uganda now have access to clean water because of people just like you.

This June 27th is our 10th year. And we're running for Makhosiya, Zimbabwe. 600 people who are one well away from a completely different life.
