The Food Pantry is experiencing an increasing demand for services, and we are in need of reliable volunteers to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Without enough helping hands, our ability to serve the community is affected. Just a few hours of volunteering can help ensure that our neighbors receive the support and dignity they deserve.

Tuesday, June 2nd, 7am - 8am: HANNAFORD PICKUP - 1 person to pick up donated food at Hannaford.
and CLIENT ASSOCIATE 5pm - 7pm - 1 person needed to Assist clients with shopping

Thursday, June 4th 7am - 8am: HANNAFORD PICKUP - 1 person to pick up donated food at Hannaford

The Turkey Hill Family Lions Club and Lunenburg Community Food Pantry are asking for 𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, Wednesday, May 20th (rain date: Wednesday, May 27th) outside of TC Passios School/Food Pantry from 4pm–8pm — and we’d love your help making it a success!

The Lions Club will be cooking up a storm, and the Pantry will be running a 50/50 Raffle throughout the evening.

Join Cemetery Superintendent Todd Holman and student volunteer John Bowen Jr. in placing flags and straightening markers on the graves of Veterans in preparation for Memorial Day. ❤️🤍💙

The Lunenburg Food Pantry would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the 344 households in Lunenburg who participated in the National Letter Carriers “Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive. Your generosity and kindness will make a meaningful difference for so many local families.

Because of your support, our shelves are stocked with much-needed food and household items that will help us continue serving our neighbors with dignity and care.

We are especially grateful to our local Letter Carriers, whose dedication and hard work made this food drive possible. They not only delivered the bags but in the pouring rain they collected hundreds of donations throughout their routes to help neighbors in need.

This incredible day would not have been possible without the many volunteers who gave their time and energy to make it all happen. Volunteers worked at the Post Office unloading postal vehicles to volunteer's trucks transporting donations to the pantry, while more than 20 additional volunteers unpacked bags, sorted donations, and stocked shelves throughout the day.

It truly takes a village, and our village showed up in the best possible way.
