Flexmls now connects directly with AI assistants (like Claude and Grok) via a new MCP bridge. This allows your AI tools to search live Flexmls data instantly—including listings, market statistics, open houses, listing photos and your own inventory.

How to Set It Up (Takes 2 Minutes)
1. In your AI client’s settings, look for Connectors, MCP Servers or Tools and select add new server.
2. Enter the Flexmls server URL: mcp.flexmls.com/mcp
3. Sign in with your standard Flexmls credentials.

Stronger Together: Region One 360 Event Recap 🌟

What an incredible day of connection and collaboration! On June 11, our real estate community came together right here in Lubbock for the Texas REALTORS® 360 Region One event. It was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we align our goals and share our vision for the industry.

A massive thank you to the Texas REALTORS® leadership team for making the trip and delivering invaluable updates to our members. We want to give a special shoutout to our very own Tony Lloyd—thank you for sharing your incredible insights, dedication and leadership with us!

We also want to extend a huge thank you to Moe Evans for stepping up and acting as our auctioneer. Moe brought fantastic energy to the live auction and kept the crowd engaged from start to finish! And a big thank you to Leonard Duff from Integrity Inspections for donating a free home inspection that was auctioned off!

We were thrilled to host our phenomenal neighbors as well. Thank you to the Amarillo Association of REALTORS® and Plainview REALTORS® for traveling to Lubbock and bringing your energy to the table.
