Lutum Alchimiae

Lutum Alchimiae Lutum Alchimiae translates to "Dirt Alchemy". We are a collective of artists and musicians that hope It can be very easy to slip into isolation.

Lutum Alchimiae was born on the desert/plains of Lubbock, Texas during the winter of 2021. We have been long-time dancers, trancers, and participants of the psy community. The healing that takes place at underground psy events has made an incredible impact on our lives throughout the years and there has not been anything like it here in West Texas, so we decided it was time that we answered the ca

lling to bring that to our home region. This area is a big, flat piece of dirt that has been over farmed and over worked. The social climate also makes it somewhat difficult for the people living here who are a little different, a little weird, a little strange. This has been a region of nothingness for a very very long time, so those of us who call this place home are used to making something out of nothing if we want it to happen. That is exactly the mission of Lutum Alchimiae. We are a collective of artists and musicians that hope to provide space for people to come dance, make art, play music, and heal through active meditation music by way of underground open-air psy gatherings. The intentions of these gatherings are also to provide a space for people to learn. Learn about themselves, each other, and how to take better care of the land and the earth and everything/everyone on it(and also Unlearning 😉). With the help and advice of more experienced fellow crews, organizers, and “elders” in the psytrance community we threw our first successful underground party in April of 2022 and there will be many more to come.

We have been busy updating our website.
Lutum Alchimiae has launched a Store and A/V Rental.
This allows us to create more events and keep the cost for tickets as low as possible. Your purchases from us will create jobs and more opportunities in the community.
All the art is featured on products has been created by us.
We will be adding new products regularly. We will also be adding original unique pieces in limited or one of one products. As well as offering products from other members in the Psytrance and Psychedelia communities.
Our goal is to provide growth to everyone in the American Psytrance communtity.

We will be putting our production skills to the test, we will be creating a pumpkin display for the Lubbock Pumpkin Trail. Our display will include projection mapping by Lucid_Vision. Creating a magical experience for everyone.
If anyone is interested in helping in the fun or would like to donate a couple pumpkins please reach out.

Many on the outward boundary are considered one within. All things of extensive and intensive magnitude are known by the practical, theoretical, and spiritual principles of which reality is the expression. Process and structure constantly sublate one another as movements describe shapes that influence magnitudes into generating new movements. In this, we are confronted with a dialectic that is shaped by a cosmology so astounding, so utterly mystifying that the mind strains against its very boundaries in an attempt to grasp its enormity. It is a moment of profound existential significance, a convergence of light and shadow that lays bare the fragile beauty of our existence.
As the Moon interposes itself between the Earth and the Sun, we are drawn in the becoming of being and nothingness. The realized purpose establishes a finite design like an ephemeral shadow upon the land below. The antithetical synthesis of structured obscurity is delineated in the fleeting moments of totality. Harmonious impressions of day turn to night as the eons seem to hold their breath. It’s effortless to face the order of magnitude as being eclipsed by the pure, raging spontaneity of the liberated consciousness.
