Introducing CHIP: The SkillsUSA Texas Chapter Impact Program!

Great chapters do more than participate. They lead, serve, inspire, and make a lasting impact!
SkillsUSA Texas is excited to introduce the Chapter Impact Program (CHIP), a recognition initiative designed to celebrate chapters that go above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in their schools, communities, and industries.

CHIP provides a roadmap for chapter excellence by focusing on five key areas:
- Community Impact – Making a difference through service and outreach.
- Member Engagement & Recruitment – Building stronger, more active chapters.
- Leadership Development & Training – Empowering students to become tomorrow's leaders.
- Career & Industry Connections – Connecting classroom learning with real-world opportunities.
- Chapter Promotion & CTE Advocacy – Sharing your chapter's story and championing Career and Technical Education.

Whether your chapter is just getting started or has a long history of success, CHIP is an opportunity to grow, strengthen your impact, and be recognized for the difference you're making.

Because at SkillsUSA Texas, success isn't just about what you accomplish. It's about the impact you leave behind.
