▪️Customers can nominate their favorite pork chop restaurants, or restaurants can self-nominate for consideration.
▪️Customer voters can enter to win giveaways!
▪️A panel of judges selects the Top 10 Finalists.
▪️Mystery judges visit each finalist to evaluate their pork chop.
▪️One restaurant will be crowned the 2026 Best Pork Chop in Texas!

The winning restaurant will receive:
▪️The Official Best Pork Chop in Texas title
▪️Championship plaque & engraved chef's knife
▪️Statewide recognition through Texas Pork
