Trash and Parking:
Be sure to follow the "rules" for trash pickup and resident/visitor parking to a 'T'.
Experiences with both have resulted in a "warning" (threat) to no longer have trash pickup due to a bag that was accidentally not tied (and not taken as a result).
Parking of a guest who was towed 20 minutes after arriving and the R2park site not working correctly until 3 hours after they arrived resulting in a $300 tow bill.

There are other details, but the purpose of this post is to hopefully help other tenants from experiencing this type of frustration.

PSA: VEHICLE PARKING STICKERS!
If you sell or replacement a vehicle, RETAIN THE OLDEST STICKER!
Management's will charge $50 if you do not bring in the old sticker.
