Join PFLAG National at our upcoming PFLAG Academy Online virtual learning session, “Sex Education 101: Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth Through Inclusive Learning” to learn about the fundamentals of comprehensive health education, the current climate of s*x education in the United States, best practices in creating inclusive spaces in education, and tips and strategies for fostering conversations with the young people in our lives around s*x and s*xuality.

Led by special guests from Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest, attendees will:

• Identify the difference between comprehensive s*x education and s*xual risk avoidance education.
• Understand the current political state of s*x education.
• Provide examples of inclusive s*x education best practices.
• Discuss strategies and tips for confident conversations with our youth around s*x and s*xuality.
