Sometimes, the most powerful reminders come from hearing someone else's story.

At U&I, Colleen and Lauren Murphy reminded us that even when life takes an unexpected turn, there can still be room for hope, purpose, and growth.

Their story was a reminder that courage doesn't always look like having everything figured out. Sometimes, it's simply taking the next step when the road ahead looks nothing like you imagined.

That's one of the things we love about bringing women together. We get to learn from experiences different from our own, see familiar challenges in a new light, and remember the strength that can be found in the middle of life's hardest seasons.

Five years ago, Uplift & Inspire was a vision. Today, it's a community 💛

A community of women who believe in learning from one another, celebrating each other's wins, sharing their experiences, and making room for growth at every stage of life.

Our fifth annual conference was a chance to celebrate how far we've come and the women who have helped make this vision possible.

Every attendee, speaker, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter has played a part in this journey.

And while we are proud of five years of conferences, what means the most is the opportunity to create a space where women can come together, feel encouraged, and leave inspired to keep moving forward.

To everyone who has been part of U&I, whether this was your first year or your fifth, thank you.

We're grateful you're here, and we're excited for what's still ahead.
