💃🕺 DANCER SPOTLIGHT: JOE BRAUN 🕺💃
⚖️ Attorney, Strauss Troy & Legal Counsel, City of Loveland

Meet Joe Braun! 🎉

Joe has been an attorney with Strauss Troy for 30 years, where he co-chairs the Litigation Department. He also serves as legal counsel for four local communities, including the City of Loveland.

But Joe’s commitment to our community goes far beyond his legal career! ❤️ He has coached and served on the boards of several local civic and charitable organizations throughout the region. He is also a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, where he and his friends have run the corn booth at the annual church festival for the past 39 years! 🌽 This special tradition was started by his father!

Joe lives in Miami Township, which he also represents, and is the proud father of three children. He loves spending time with his fiancée, Molly Pouder, and her two children. When he isn't busy with family or community activities, Joe enjoys traveling, reading, making charcuterie boards, and decorating for Christmas—his favorite time of year! 🎄

Whether he’s practicing law or stepping onto the dance floor, Joe puts his whole heart into everything he does. ❤️ He is passionate about supporting meaningful causes and is excited to dance to help raise funds for the incredible work NEST CLC does for children and families in our community.

👏 Let's show Joe some love and cheer him on as he dances for a difference!

🕺✨ DANCER SPOTLIGHT: TIM WALKER ✨🕺
Glendale Elementary Principal, Princeton City Schools

Meet Tim Walker! Tim serves as the principal of Glendale Elementary in Princeton City Schools and is in his eighth year as an administrator. Now in his fourth year leading Glendale, Tim is passionate about working alongside staff and families to create a school community where students and educators can thrive. 📚❤️

Tim has built a culture at Glendale where every student and staff member knows they matter, they are good enough, and they are loved and valued. Under his leadership, Glendale Elementary has been recognized as an OAESA Hall of Fame School and has received the ODEW Momentum Award. He believes in keeping curiosity, creativity, and a passion for learning at the heart of everything they do.

Tim’s connection to NEST runs deep. He served on the NEST Board of Directors from 2022–2025 and remains passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk students. He and his wife, Lacy Walker, who is a member of the NEST team, share a deep love for NEST’s mission and the impact it has on children and families in the Loveland community. 💙

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Education in Administration from Xavier University.

And now, Tim is trading his principal’s office for the dance floor! 💃🕺 While dancing may be way outside his comfort zone, he is stepping up because he believes every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their circumstances.

🎉 Let’s cheer on Tim as he dances for a difference and helps raise funds for the kids of NEST!

💃✨ DANCER SPOTLIGHT: Kelly Hater ✨💃
Owner, Trainers Spot & SPENGA Loveland and West Chester

Meet Kelly Hater! For the past 20 years, Kelly has been passionate about helping people become the healthiest versions of themselves. As the owner of Trainers Spot and SPENGA Loveland and West Chester, she has the privilege of encouraging people in our community every day to grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally. 💪

But Kelly’s greatest accomplishment is her family. ❤️ She and her husband, Nate, have been married for 15 years and are raising their two amazing children. Her family reminds her every day that every child deserves the opportunity, encouragement, and support to reach their full potential.

That’s exactly why Kelly is honored to participate in NEST’s Dancing with the Stars! NEST is changing lives by breaking down barriers for local children through Nutrition, Education, Safety, and Transformation, helping kids build brighter futures. 💙

Dancing is definitely outside Kelly’s comfort zone, but she’s ready to step onto the dance floor knowing that every dollar raised helps make a difference for children and families in our community!

👏 Let’s cheer Kelly on as she dances for a purpose!
