Spring Farm Sanctuary is one of the first farm animal sanctuaries in Minnesota. We are committed to ending farm animal cruelty and promoting vegan living through our rescue, rehabilitation and education efforts. We seek to educate the local community to raise awareness of the horrible conditions animals face in factory farming, as well as the dangerous effects factory farming has on our health and

the environment. Through our events and visiting days, we encourage the community to connect with our animals and observe how sensitive, emotional and caring they are. We also work with local and state governmental organizations and agencies to advocate for laws and policies that prevent animal suffering and promote the fair and compassionate treatment of animals.

Hello Friends, We have posted this video previously and are posting it again as we need help. We are looking for one or two people to help us get Hope and Asher in and out of their chairs. The days and times needed are Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Times: 8:30am, Noon, 1:30pm and 4:45 pm. We need someone who can lift 80 pounds (for 5-10 seconds). It is a big ask, and I will pay each time you come. Obviously, if anyone is near Long Lake, working from home, and can take a break for a quick but energizing workout, you are our person. Please send me an email if you are willing and able to assist. Please spread the word! Thanks so much! xo Robin

Losing Wilma and Lucy has been a difficult time for all of us, but especially for Matilda. As a partially blind hen, she relies on familiar comforts to feel safe and secure. Weโ€™ve been exploring ways to support her through this transition, and for now, she has found solace in her plush companion. Itโ€™s heartwarming to see her finding comfort, but we are still searching for the best long-term solution to help her feel truly at ease. ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿฅ
