This week's speakers are LaDonna Hoy & Lynn Groll from Outreach Development Corporation.

Outreach Development Corporation (ODC) is a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit with more than 25 years of experience creating affordable housing served by Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP).

Working in close partnership with IOCP and other trusted organizations, ODC brings people, expertise, and resources together to preserve, acquire, and develop housing that connects residents with supportive services. The result is lasting stability for families and stronger, more hopeful communities.

Music by the Lake has concluded for the 2026 season....and what a great season we had thanks to you!

Wayzata Rotary Club will have our regular weekly meetings beginning this Wednesday, August 19th at Wayzata American Legion. This week, we will feature Shel Melroe as our guest speaker regarding Stress:

Through decades of corporate roles as an internal and external consultant, Shel Melroe pursued the mystery - how do human systems actually work, and what drives change within them? When knowledge gaps remained, she turned to a chapter as a trauma therapist. This led her to appreciate the space between what science can measure and what only a person can experience. In her current consultancy, she guides executives using Humanistic Leadership, an approach she developed to reorient leaders to the natural dynamics of growth in human systems. One approach, multiple scales: within the leader, within the organization, and across boundaries.
