We are PROUD to announce that Royal Center United Methodist Church has unequivocally joined the Safe Space Directory of Cass County Pride.
The Mission of the United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Throughout the year of 2026, Cass County Pride's Board officers have been comprised of an atheistic-agnostic President, a Protestant Christian Pastor Vice-President, a Jewish Secretary, and a Catholic-raised Treasurer.
We recognize folks of ALL faiths and non-faiths. For those that are of faith, we have a duty to identify places of faith in Cass County, Indiana that are unapologetically welcoming to anyone - Christian or otherwise.
We applaud Royal Center UMC, and the entire United Methodist Trinity Circuit that is in conjunction with Cross-Wind United Methodist and Radnor United Methodist Church, for accepting people for who they are and who they wish to be.
To those of faith at our local UMCs:
We thank you for being a pillar for the LGBTQ+ community and for all marginalized & oppressed people.
For those not of faith:
These are our friends, and they love us dearly just as we should back.
