The Wrights Corners Fire Company is proud to announce that our new 30R9, a 2025 Type I Demers ambulance built on a Ford F-450 4x4 chassis, is officially in service and ready to serve our community!
At 11:00 AM this morning, following the successful completion of its initial New York State certification, our newest ambulance was officially placed into service. Just two minutes later, at 11:02 AM, 30R9 responded to its very first emergency call!
We would like to extend a sincere thank you to our Ambulance Committee for the countless hours of hard work, planning, dedication, and attention to detail that went into making this project a reality. Their commitment has helped ensure that our members have the tools and equipment necessary to provide quality emergency medical care to our community.
We are incredibly proud of this addition to our fleet and look forward to the many years of service it will provide to the residents and visitors of our fire district and surrounding communities.
