Today is the deadline to get the early bird rate for SLC! SLC is a great way to develop skills to lead your unit and support your school community. Register by June 17 to get the early bird rate of $160 and a room at the Desmond Hotel for $161 per night.

Leadership training is an approved PTA expense - we encourage units to include a line item for training in their budget. When you make a small investment in training, your students will reap the dividends.

Participants can receive a Parent Member Certificate to support a parent of a child with a disability in an IEP meeting. FREE EYE EXAM AND FREE GLASSES!! Saturday, June 13, 2026

The Lewiston Community Lions, Youngstown Lions, and Niagara Falls Community Lions will be hosting a FREE Pop-Up Eyeglass Clinic at Fichte, Endl & Elmer Eyecare, located at 6500 Porter Road in Niagara Falls.

- Registration begins at 9:00 AM
- Ages 5 and up welcome
- Prescription eye exams, eyeglasses, lenses, and frames provided completely FREE OF CHARGE
- No appointment needed
- No ID required

The clinic will be staffed by licensed New York State doctors of Ophthalmology and Optometry, and glasses fittings will also be provided on site.

First come, first served, and registration is limited.

Congratulations to Jackson Rodriguez from Lewiston-Porter PTSA on receiving the Youth Humanitarian Award in Memory of Stanley Marcus for Niagara Region! Kudos to Jay Grover from Grand Island High School PTSA on being awarded the Special Service Award in Honor of Walter Potocki!

Our traveling Reflections Art Gallery was on display at our Spring Conference. We love featuring the Niagara Region Reflections entries and giving our students another chance to shine. It also gave us a chance to share the 2026-2027 theme: What My Culture Means to Me.

Our Spring Conference ended with laughter and fun as Region Membership Chair Jackie Castillo-Blaber presented awards. At first, people were hesitant to come up for a picture, but the enthusiasm grew as we cheered each other on....and Council PTA Presidents made a few appearances to collect awards for their units. ⭐
