We are excited to announce that our Fourth Annual Culinary Angels Cancer Survivor Restaurant Month continues to grow!

Because of the incredible support from our community, we have welcomed another restaurant partner and an additional special event to our June lineup.

☀️ Mornings on First has joined the campaign and will donate 20% of proceeds every Friday in June.

🎵 Mitch Polzak & The Royal Deuces will perform live at 3 Steves Winery on Saturday, June 6, with a portion of ticket sales benefiting Culinary Angels.

These new additions join our amazing lineup of local businesses that are helping provide organic, nutrient-rich meals to local cancer patients and their caregivers at no cost.

A huge thank you to everyone who made our recent Dine for a Cause at Virtue + Vice such a success!

Because of the generosity of our community, we welcomed 91 guests and raised an incredible $3,448 to support Culinary Angels’ mission of providing free, organic, nutrient-rich meals to individuals facing cancer and their caregivers throughout the Tri-Valley.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to:

💙 Virtue + Vice for being an outstanding community partner and generously donating a portion of the evening’s sales.

💙 The 91 guests, diners, and donors who joined us for an evening of great food, fellowship, and community impact.

💙 Our dedicated board members who rolled up their sleeves, greeted guests, served tables, shared our mission, and helped make the evening such a success.

💙 Our amazing volunteers whose time, energy, and enthusiasm helped create a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who attended.

Together, we raised an incredible total of $3,448 raised in a single evening.

As Culinary Angels celebrates 10 years of delivering nutritional meals and hope, we are reminded that our mission is only possible because of the generosity of community partners, volunteers, board members, donors, and supporters who believe that no one should face cancer alone.

Thank you to the Rotarian Foundation of Livermore for their generous grant and ongoing support of Culinary Angels.

Their kindness and dedication to the Livermore community are helping us continue delivering organic, nutrient-rich meals to cancer patients and their caregivers across the Tri-Valley. Partnerships like this allow us to expand our impact and ensure families facing cancer know they are not alone.

Earlier this month, Culinary Angels was honored to partner with the Armanino Foundation as part of The Great Give at our Pleasanton kitchen facilities — marking a special milestone for our organization as we welcomed our very first corporate volunteer group.

A dozen Armanino employees joined us for a hands-on day of service, helping prepare and package energy bites for our cancer recipients, crafting heartfelt cards and letters, and assisting with a full kitchen inventory while learning more about our mission and impact throughout the Tri-Valley community.

What made the experience especially meaningful was seeing a corporate team step directly into the heart of our work — giving not only financially, but also giving their time, compassion, and energy to support individuals facing cancer and their caregivers.

The volunteer day was led by our amazing Volunteer Coordinator and Kitchen Lead, Cathy Griggs, along with Board Member Maureen Borris-Tiongco

We are deeply grateful to the Armanino Foundation and Armanino LLP for their partnership and support. We hope this is the first of many opportunities to work together in service of our community.
