Stop by and pick up a Littleton Rotary Club’s “Cake Trays” that their volunteers purchased and assembled for the Granite United Way “day of service” event. The cake trays come complete with baking tray, cake mix, can of soda to be mixed into the cake mix, frosting, candles, and a birthday card - all to help celebrate out nation’s 250th birthday.

The food cupboard is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-19 AM and Sundays 9-9:45 AM. Our volunteers stay until everyone is served.

Shout out and a big thank you to the Littleton Rotary Club partnering with Granite United Way for its annual “Day of Caring.”

Today their volunteers purchased and assembled birthday boxes to celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary for this year’s day of caring event. The volunteers prepared 101 birthday boxes for the area’s food pantries including our food cupboard.

The Granite State Day of Caring is Granite United Way’s largest annual volunteer event, bringing thousands of community members and local businesses together to complete wish-list projects for nonprofits across New Hampshire.

The birthday boxes include baking instructions for the 2 ingredient cake plus cake mix, soda that goes in cake mix, frosting, baking pan, birthday card and birthday candles.

There are many things that make Littleton a very special town and the Littleton Rotary Club and Granite United Way are two of the many organizations that make Littleton a special caring community.

The food cupboard is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10 AM and Sundays 9-9:45 AM. Our volunteers stay until everyone is served. All are welcome. 😁
