We had a special guest for group today! Chef Greg Mathews came by to do a cooking demo for our clients. Our group topic was executive function in the brain. Clients learned how cooking a meal can help exercise the brain and those functions!

Arkansas thanks you!

Cindy is the person in long-term recovery from SUD. She has been working in the peer field since 2019. She worked as Peer Specialist at UAMS with su***de prevention. Cindy now works for Freshly Renewed Transitional Treatment as a Peer Recovery Peer Supervisor and is also a part of a long-standing recovery home for women Dignity Centers of Arkansas in Little Rock Arkansas. She is also a Board member of We Here You Inc. Cindy carries hope to others that they can recover.
