Our thoughts are with the Brooks family.
It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we share the passing of Jack Brooks, who left us on Sunday at 9:45 p.m.
Jack touched the lives of many through his kindness, friendship, and the memories he created with those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he impacted.
Jacks Pilgrim services will be held on June 4 at 7:30 p.m. at:

MATRICULANTS- I have received a couple phone calls regarding the matriculant fee. Please follow the instructions sent to the chapters or information posted by me.

If you preregistered through the link on the NYSMA webpage and paid your conference fee & matriculant fee - you are all set.

If you plan to register on site - you will pay your conference fee and matriculant fee at the Association registration table.

You do NOT have to bring a separate check to pay the State Secretary your matriculant fee. After I submit my report, the Association is billed for matriculant fees collected.

Be sure you bring your call card.

MID-YEAR CONFERENCE, BINGHAMTON DOUBLE TREE HOTEL APRIL 15th - 19th

Hello Sisters,

We are just a few DAYS away from Mid-Year Conference. I am looking forward to seeing all of you. I hope you are already registered.

Please check with your Academy of Friendship Matriculants to be sure they are registered for the conference. The Academy Conferral is on Sunday morning at 9am. If your matriculant is only planning to attend Sunday morning, they must preregister and pay the matriculant fee online. We will not have anyone available to register attendees on site Sunday morning. Remind them to bring their call card with them to the conferral.

REMINDER: I will be presenting a Women of the Moose informational session on Friday morning 9am-11am. I will be sharing answers to the most asked questions, explaining the progression to earning the College of Regents degree when a Senior Regent chooses to succeed herself and run two terms consecutively and a start the new chapter year checklist (with a handout)

We will have time for questions, PLEASE write them down clearly and include the following: Name, Chapter name & number, contact information. If we do not get to your question or I need to get clarification, I will send you and your chapter the answer. I will have one of my team in the room collecting questions. Please keep your questions respectful; we will not be addressing "dirty laundry" on the floor. If you have a more sensitive question or concern, contact me privately.
