In celebration of Liam’s 4th birthday today and tomorrow kicking off William Syndrome Awareness month, we are proud to launch our Heart Warrior Care package program. If you have a child in your life who is awaiting it recently had heart surgery OR if you work with children in the same situation, please complete this form so they can have a custom care package of joy sent to them and their family! We have sent 2 over the past few months, but need help spreading the word!
