Piedmont Professionals was founded by Jimmy Stone, who experienced firsthand how powerful people can be when they work together for a shared cause. After working with a committee to plan and execute a record-breaking fundraising event, Jimmy curated our team of founding members and recognized the need for an organization that could serve others with greater flexibility, no roadblocks, integrity and regional reach. He intentionally and thoughtfully assembled a board of founding members who represent a broad mix of prior careers, industries, skills and life experiences. That intentional foundation shaped an organization built on strong governance, thoughtful decision-making and a shared commitment to meaningful community impact.
