Today, we held our quarterly Board of Directors meeting. It was a great meeting, but also a bittersweet one as our Secretary/Treasurer, Mrs. Swain, announced that she will be stepping down from her role on the Board. We totally understand and in full support of her decision. At times we all need to evaluate our plates and determine when we are juggling too many things. While she may be stepping away from her official position, we’re grateful that she will still be around in the background.
Mrs. Swain has served our organization with excellence, and it will be a task to fill the shoes she leaves behind. She has brought a wealth of wisdom, exceptional organizational skills, and the heart of a true servant. Her leadership, faithfulness, and unwavering commitment have been a tremendous blessing to our program.
Mrs. Swain, along with her husband and son, has sown years of service, love, time, and resources into this organization, and for that, we are eternally grateful. The impact of her sacrifices and contributions will continue to be felt for years to come.
“Thank you” doesn’t quite capture the depth of our gratitude, but please know that we are sincerely thankful for ALL that you have sown. We pray a hundredfold return on every seed, your time, efforts, resources, and sacrifices.
We love you dearly and will miss seeing you serve in this capacity, but we celebrate all that you’ve poured into the program and look forward to watching God continue to use your giftings.
