Woohoo! We are hiring at our Women’s Center in Hayden, Alabama!

If you or someone you know has a heart to serve and help women find hope, healing, and restoration through Jesus Christ, we would love to hear from you.

We are currently accepting resumes for an on-site staff position. This is a live-in role, meaning you would reside at the center. Room and board are provided, and additional details regarding compensation and benefits can be discussed with qualified applicants.

Our Women’s Center team recently completed Practical Ministry Skills Training focused on Effective Discipleship in Recovery.

At Adult & Teen Challenge Alabama, we believe lasting transformation happens through safe, healthy, and Christ-centered relationships. We are committed to equipping our leaders and staff to serve with grace, honor, and excellence.

We’re grateful for our Executive Director’s continued investment in developing strong teams and healthy culture across our ministry. 📈

Our leadership team at MCS had the opportunity to participate in another week of training focused on practical ministry and effective discipleship in recovery.

At Adult & Teen Challenge, we believe recovery is more than overcoming addiction—it is helping people become lifelong followers of Jesus Christ. Through intentional discipleship, healthy relationships, and biblical truth, we are committed to creating an environment where lasting transformation can take place.

We are grateful for our Executive Director and his continued investment in developing leaders who can faithfully serve our students and carry out the mission God has given us. 📈
